Year 3’s marvellous trip to Manchester Museum 🚎🚌

What a wonderful day we had on Wednesday when we visited Manchester Museum as our fantastic finish for our Walk like an Egyptian history topic! We spent the morning exploring the different areas of the museum where we learnt about our world, fossils and dinosaurs and different communities in Asia. In the afternoon we took part in our Ancient Egyptian workshop. We had the opportunity to hold some real artefacts and guess what they were and what their secrets were. We then went into the Anciet Egyptian exhibit were we had a challenge to find out which artefact in the museum was the most important. This was lots of fun and we learnt so many new things.
