World Mental Health Day!💛

On Friday 10th October, we celebrated World Mental Health Day. We all came in wearing our favourite colours and it definitely brightened up the classroom!
We had an open chat about how we can look after our mental health, like noticing how we feel, taking deep breaths, having some quiet time or talking to someone we trust. We even tried a few calming techniques together which really helped us to relax.
We also shared things we are grateful for and it was so lovely to hear everyone’s ideas, it reminded us to appreciate the little things.
We were really proud of how thoughtful and supportive everyone was. 💛 #berespectful
