Super Science at Oldham Sixth form! #beanexpertlearner

We visited Oldham Sixth Form College and took part in a Science workshop all about the digestive system. The children loved learning about the journey food takes through the body and were brilliant at using key vocabulary.

The best part had to be the hands-on activity! We crushed biscuits to represent chewing, added in the “saliva” and “stomach acid” and then watched it travel through the system.The children were so engaged, asked fantastic questions and represented our school beautifully. Well done year 4!
