Oh I do like to be beside the seaside… ☀️🐚🍦

Today Year 2 had the BEST day ever! We went to Blackpool Beach as part of our Geography topic learning all about holidays that people will go on.

We had so much fun exploring the beach and finding out the different places people might visit when they go to the coast. We spent along time playing on the beach with our buckets and spades, frisbees and the football before having a walk along the seafront. Lots of the children enjoyed dipping their feet in the water and collecting lots of pretty shells!

Before we had to head home we had a delicious ice cream. What a fantastic day it was!!
