Magnificent Maths #beaproblemsolver and Violent Volcanoes #beaperformer🌋

Date: 30th Jan 2026 @ 11:50am

This week in Year 3 we have continued our learning all about Volcanoes. In English we have been looking at 6 top tips to survive a volcano eruption. We started the week by taking on the role of news reporters and reporting to the class the best ways to make sure you are safe if a volcano erupts!

In Maths, we have moved onto measurement. We started the week by measuring different objects around the classroom using mm and cm to help us measure. It was very tricky but we were resilient and worked so hard! At home, maybe you could ask us to measure some objects around our house.
