Freddie Fit #besafe,healthyandhappy 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️‍➡️

This Friday we had a special visitor in school, Freddi Fit! We took part in our Christmas Festive workout. It was so much fun! We started by following our teacher to complete different dance moves. We then moved onto a challenge to see who could manage to hoola hoop two hoops at the same time which was very difficult. Then some of our friends got a chance to be the leader and we had to copy their tricky exercise moves! Finally we did some calming stretches. What a wonderful end to our week!
