This week in English, Year 2 have been writing a fact file about Mice, inspired by our text- The Town mouse and the Country mouse. 

In Maths, we recapped partitioning within 100 and looked at place value charts. 

On Friday, Year 2 looked at the British Value - Respect. 

We read the story - A little Bit Different, by Claire Alexander. 

We looked at how we show different ways to be respectful in school, at home, to adults, our friends but also ourselves. 

We painted a picture celebrating differences and how everyone is different, inspired by the Ploofers in our story.
